Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your NomBot.ai account and personal data at any time. Deletion is final. There is no undo.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)
One tap, instant purge
If you have the app installed and can still sign in, this is the fastest path:
- Open NomBot.ai
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion prompt
Your profile, dietary preferences, spin history, and any data tied to your account are purged from our servers immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2: Request deletion via this form
For users who no longer have app access
If you've lost access to the app or your sign-in account, send us a deletion request. Use the same email address you used to sign in to NomBot, so we can match the account.
We respond to web deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask one verification question to confirm you own the account before purging.
What gets deleted
- Your account, sign-in identifier, and email
- Your dietary preferences, allergies, cuisine preferences, and personality settings
- Your spin history and recommendation feedback
- Any push notification tokens associated with your devices
- Cached personality and recommendation data
What is retained, and why
A small set of records persists after account deletion because we are legally or operationally required to keep them:
- Billing history: Apple App Store and Google Play retain purchase records independently of NomBot; we cannot delete those on their behalf.
- Pseudonymous purchase events: Our payment provider retains anonymized purchase events for billing audit and refund-eligibility checks.
- Immutable audit log entries: Records of administrative actions are kept for security and abuse-investigation purposes; they are pseudonymized within 30 days.
None of these retained records contain identifying personal information after deletion completes.
